B) Call into the Voyager Shop and collect forms there, which you can fill out on the spot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND LINKS - HomeGrown Event Registration

REGISTRATION FORM: To take part in HomeGrown Festival, you will need to register your event or activity by completing  our registration form - click HERE to complete a form online now.

Or download a form, print it out and take to the Voyager shop

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE: The Upper Don Arts Community (parent body of HomeGrown Festival) offers free public liability insurance for some festival activities and events. Please check our insurance documents to see whether this is suitable for your event.

RISK ASSESSMENT FORM: All HomeGrown events and activities need a risk assessment to be completed by the organiser. You can download a blank risk assessment form to fill in for your event or activity HERE

Only events and activities which have registered with us are included in HomeGrown Festival. Events which register by the deadline of July 31st will be included for free in the Homegrown Festival brochure and other publicity/promotional material organised by UDAC.

To be covered by our public liability insurance that you must use the Homegrown logo and branding on all your event publicity (online or printed) and clearly state that your event or activity is part of the Homegrown Festival. You can download the logo HERE
